SERVICES OFFERED
My doula services include labor and postpartum. I also go the extra mile in assuring that you and your partner are ultimately prepared for whatever may come down the road after delivery.

BIRTH SUPPORT PACKAGE - $2,400
​

• 1 or 2 prenatal visits
• E-mail, phone, and text support from the time of hiring through delivery
• Access to backup doula if necessary
• ​Resources available
• Present from active labor through delivery
• Support up to 1 hour immediately following the birth of your baby. Assistance with breastfeeding and answer questions
• One postpartum follow-up visit to recap your birth experience and answer any questions
• ​Pictures upon request

POSTPARTUM DOULA SERVICES

• Non-judgmental, nurturing emotional support
• Caring for the new mom and baby
• Supporting and educating the partner
• Breastfeeding, pumping and storing assistance
• Bottle feeding support/ breastmilk and or formula
• Healthy snack preparation
• Light housekeeping (baby bottles, pumping parts, dishes, baby laundry)
• Guidance on newborn care including, bathing, swaddling, soothing, baby wearing and more
• Nursery assistance if needed
• Local errands such as grocery store, pharmacy etc…
• $50- $55per hour/4-hour minimum
