My doula services include labor and postpartum. I also go the extra mile in assuring that you and your partner are ultimately prepared for whatever may come down the road after delivery.

BIRTH SUPPORT PACKAGE $2,600

• 1 - 2 prenatal visits to prepare for your birth and to discuss your preferences
• E-mail, phone, and text support from the time of hire through delivery. Support is available during business hours, except in emergencies.
• Access to backup doula if needed
• ​Resources and educational materials 
• Continuous support from active labor through delivery
• Up to 1 hour of support immediately following the birth of your baby, including assistance with breastfeeding and answering any questions
• One postpartum follow-up visit to review your birth experience and answer any questions
• ​Photos available upon request

POSTPARTUM DOULA SERVICE

I provide compassionate individualized support to help you and your family adjust with confidence during the postpartum period.

• Non-judgmental, nurturing emotional support
• Attentive care for both parent and baby
• Gentle guidance and education for partners
• Breastfeeding, pumping and milk storage support
• Bottle-feeding support (breast milk and/or formula)
• Preparation of nourishing snacks
• Light household support (baby bottles, pumping parts, dishes, baby laundry)
• Guidance on newborn care including, bathing, swaddling, soothing, baby wearing, and more
• Nursery support if needed
• Assistance with local errands (grocery store, pharmacy etc.)
• $55-$60 per hour (4-hour minimum)
